Course Overview

This introduction course helps you to understand the processes of creating reports and analysing data in Microsoft Power BI. It looks at importing source files from: Excel, csv files and data from the web. then how to transform those into an interactive, user-friendly dashboard containing maps, charts and table visualisations.

You will gain insights into data modelling and writing DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas to enhance a report’s capabilities. It also takes you through the process of sharing your reports with others. 

Prerequisite

You should have a reasonable understanding of Excel, for example you know how to filter and sort tables, create basic charts, and sum up numbers.
