Booking Courses
In order to maintain our low prices, we have to insist on payment being made within 30 days from the course date(s). For courses booked by businesses, we will invoice you on the day of the course, or at the end of a block of bookings (see below).
For private bookings, for example one-to-one training, you will be invoiced one week before the agreed course date, and payment must be made on or before the training date.
Cancellation Terms
Should the unfortunate happen and you need to cancel your course, our procedure is as follows:
- 11 or more full working days’ notice before the course date, 0% of fee paid.
- 10-6 full working days’ notice before the course date, 50% of fee paid.
- 0-5 full working days’ notice before the course date, 100% of fee paid.
Transferring Courses
If you are unable to attend a course you have booked, and would like to transfer your booking to an alternative date, then if you book the alternative date within 5 working days of the cancellation, you will not be charged regardless of the cancellation terms listed above.
Block Bookings
If you decide to book a block of courses with us, and the last course date booked falls within 30 days of the first course date, we will send a single invoice for the courses on the date of the last course.

BACS: bank details provided on invoice.
